September 10, 1998 - I'm very sad to announce the ultimate demise of Push Button. Our drummer Jeff has moved on to University in Ottawa, and our guitarist and vocalist Dustin is now a University student in Kingston. But that doesn't mean that the last two remaining members are giving up on our undying devotion to making music. Nope... you'll be seeing us again real soon in a new band. We'll tell you when it all goes down. I am also working on some solo work, doing some new studio recording, and playing with some other bands 'round town, because without music I might as well give myself the Columbian Necktie. So I hope to see you all real soon. If you get a chance, check out our pals Rusty next time they are in town.

June 28th - Well! It's finally here...what you all been waiting for...an MP3 of our first single Corrosion! Click HERE! June 13th - First update in a long time! Lots has happened in the time since we last updated the page... went into the studio again... only came out with one song (Corrosion) but at least this time we did record ti... that was at the beginning of May if I remember correctly. Had to drop the band name in favour of Push Button, because of some other silly band from Quebec having dibs on Hoss already... Steve nearly left the band because of lack of time and creative differences, but I think everything is sorted out and starting to come together again. The picture archive has been updated to include the studio sessions, and a special drunken picture album... we're gonna delay putting up sound samples until we press the CD (hopefully some time this century). We were supposed to play our first show a couple weeks ago, but that didn't pan out (but supposedly we're gonna finally have a gig sometime before the end of the month so keep your fingers crossed!) I think we're up to four originals (the four songs with lyrics available on the song page and two covers (Stabbing Westward's Shame and Radiohead's Creep). That's about it. Hopefully during the summer more regular updates will start happening but who knows? Take it easy.... Dustin.

April 26th - Fresh off our hugely successful first studio venture :-)... actually not really... we lost all our work thanks to a minor techincal difficulty so the sound bites won't be on until next Monday or so... no big deal. We wanted to set our first "show" for Lasalle's caf on May 15th, but I won't be around so we're fucked for that... maybe i'll abuse my power and just change the day of the band jam or something... but anyways we're finally beginning to get off our asses and do something. And that's what's really important right? Right! Later... Dustin.

April 20th - We're a local band from a little rock in Canada called Sudbury, Ontario. Though Sudbury isn't that well known for it's thriving music scene, we try to do our best to thrive in this environment. We will be cutting a demo tape this upcoming weekend, very soon afterwards sound bites in either Realaudio or Mp3 will be put online for all to listen to (especially those big A&R Reps... just kidding).
